Smoking is allowed only outside, off the decks, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of in trash bins—never on the ground. Any cigarette butts found on the property will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee. 🚨 Violations will result in a $750 fine per occurrence, plus a $1,000 ozone cleaning fee to restore the property. Thank you for keeping our air (and home) fresh for everyone! 🌿 🔊 Rental & Noise Policy • Minimum age to rent: 25, primary renter must be present • HOA quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM • A $500 fee will be charged if police respond to a noise complaint 🐾 Pet Policy – Dogs Welcome! (Sorry, No Cats) We love dogs and allow up to two well-behaved, potty-trained pups with a one-time $200 pet fee. No other animals are allowed without prior approval.
